Product Overview
Theodore Samuel Williams is considered by many to be the greatest hitter to have ever graced the game of baseball, and this card would enhance any baseball fan’s collection. These cards are designed just like the original Sports Kings cards produced by “Goudey” in 1933. It was a 48-card set of marquee names from all sports, not just baseball. Cards measure 2 3/8” x 2 7/8” with full color fronts and a short write-up about Ted’s baseball life on the back. Cards were part of an exclusive limited run of only 1941 cards produced for the Ted Williams Museum. Ted fans know the significance of the number 1941 (it is the year he hit .406 and no one has done it since). Each card has a serial number on the back along with its series number of 50. This card is a unique throwback collectible. Supplies are limited.
