Star Pics produced sets for the next big names in pro basketball before they arrived. This set from 1990 features 70 cards of college stars who were projected to become big-time NBA superstars. This set includes Gary Payton in his Oregon State uniform, Jayson Williams at St. Johns, Antonio Davis at UTEP, UConn coach Jim Calhoun, the All Rookie Team, and a flashback card of David Robinson.
