This set features the photography of Charles Conlon, a photographer from the Sporting News from 1905-1942. Series I printed in 1986 contains 60 sepia-tone photos that feature some of the greatest players of all time, including Ty Cobb, Lou Gehrig, Jimmie Foxx, Walter Johnson, Christy Mathewson, Babe Ruth, and many more Hall of Famers. All sets still in factory wrap, directly how they came from the company.
